Minimum commitment of 3 months
Credit card accounts are charged monthly.
Invoices are sent via email.
Initial orders are shipped the following business day.
Subsequent shipments are schedule on the 5th and 21st, please indicate
your preference in the Customer Comments box at the checkout.
After the third month you may suspend or put your order on hold for up to
two consecutive months.
Any changes to your order must be made no longer than 10 days prior to
your next shipment.
